Trade Association Forum Awards 2016

TAF Awards 2016
The start of July saw the Trade Association Forum annual Conference and Best Practice Awards which was, as usual, a remarkably informative and entertaining event - and a highlight in the calendar for Borough IT.

In the wake of such seismic events as the surprise Brexit result in the EU referendum, trade associations become a beacon to their members who look to them to assess impact and represent their interests at the highest level.

Many trade associations will face significant change in the wake of Brexit and organisations like TAF are instrumental in giving them the tools they need to lead effectively through both crisis and opportunity.

Borough IT is very familiar not only with the excellent work performed by TAF, but also the value of their events - and 2016 was no exception.   As such we were proud to be the headline sponsors of the Best Practice Awards and Jon Vanstone was delighted to talk at the conference.
The annual awards ceremony is a great opportunity for the wider industry to celebrate the advances made throughout the year, and provide everyone inspiration on best practice and new ideas.  That in itself is worth celebrating; however special congratulations are in order for the 2016 winners:
